Privacy Notice
Thank you for your interest in Leadershift. Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below, we inform you about which data we collect when you visit our website and how we use it — in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The legally binding version of this document is the German Datenschutzerklärung. This English translation is provided for convenience.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is:
SXH Marketing s.r.o.
Nový Rad 145
929 01 Veľké Dvorníky
Slovakia
Represented by: Szilárd Ákos Mátrai
Email: info@leadershift.site
2. Access data / server log files
When you access our website, our hosting provider automatically stores information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These are:
- browser type and browser version
- operating system used
- referrer URL
- hostname of the accessing computer
- anonymised IP address
- time of the server request
These data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and error-free website operation). The data is deleted after a short period, at the latest after 30 days.
3. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the string https:// in your browser's address bar.
4. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form, your details (first name, email address, optional role, situation, message) will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
We do not share this data without your consent. Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR) and in order to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR). The data you enter in the contact form remains with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions — in particular retention periods — remain unaffected.
5. Leadership Self-Check
When you submit the Leadership Self-Check, your first name, email address, and your answers to the 15 scale questions are transmitted to us and sent by email for evaluation. Processing serves exclusively for the individual placement of your result and optional contact.
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent, which you provide via the checkbox in the form). You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future by sending an informal message by email. The answers will be deleted as soon as the purpose of processing no longer applies — at the latest after 12 months.
6. Booking through Calendly
On the Contact and Thank-you pages, we embed the booking tool "Calendly" (provider: Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30363, USA). When you access these pages, a connection to Calendly's servers is established and technically necessary data (in particular IP address, browser/device information, time zone) is transmitted to Calendly.
If you book an appointment, additional data entered by you (name, email address, optional message) is transmitted to and processed by Calendly. The legal basis is your consent, which you provide by actively using the widget (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR), as well as our legitimate interest in an efficient booking process (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
Data transfer to the USA: Calendly is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For details on how Calendly handles personal data, please refer to the Calendly Privacy Notice.
7. Google Fonts
Our website uses external fonts from Google ("Google Fonts"), which are loaded directly from a Google server (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) when a page is accessed. Google thereby learns that our website has been accessed via your IP address.
The use of Google Fonts is in the interest of a uniform and appealing presentation of our online offerings. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Further information about Google Fonts can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.
8. Cookies
Our website itself does not use its own cookies for analysis or marketing purposes. However, when accessing pages with the embedded Calendly widget, cookies may be set by Calendly that are required for the function of the widget. For details, please refer to the Calendly privacy notice linked above.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time:
- pursuant to Art. 15 GDPR to request information about your personal data processed by us;
- pursuant to Art. 16 GDPR to demand the immediate correction of inaccurate personal data or the completion of your personal data stored by us;
- pursuant to Art. 17 GDPR to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by us;
- pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data;

- pursuant to Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR to revoke your consent once given at any time with effect for the future;
- pursuant to Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
The supervisory authority responsible for the controller is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava). If you are resident in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland, you may also contact the data protection authority responsible for your place of residence.
10. Objection to advertising emails
The use of contact data published in the context of the legal notice obligation to send unsolicited advertising and information material is hereby objected to. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.
