About

Leadership does not begin with methods — it begins with stance.

I work with entrepreneurs and emerging leaders who realise that technical expertise, diligence, and good ideas alone are not enough to lead a company sustainably.

Many entrepreneurs grow into a leadership role — without ever learning how leadership really works. Decisions become harder, responsibility remains unclear, and the entrepreneur becomes the bottleneck themselves. This is where my work begins.

Leadership in practice — not in theory

Over the past years I have worked intensively with people who carry responsibility for others: building teams, making decisions, developing people, and growing entrepreneurially at the same time.

This experience has shown me one thing clearly: success is not a coincidence — it is the result of effective leadership.

The focus is not motivation, but:

  • clarity in decisions
  • responsibility on the right levels
  • communication with impact
  • personal leadership maturity

Grounded leadership knowledge with international reach

As a certified Leadership Trainer and Coach of the John Maxwell Team, I work on the basis of internationally proven leadership principles.

What matters to me: models and concepts only carry value when they work in the day-to-day of an entrepreneur. That's why I combine structured leadership approaches with real experience from working with leaders and teams.

The Leadershift approach

From this combination, Leadershift has emerged. Leadershift means: the deliberate transition from an operations-driven entrepreneur to a clear, effective leader.

It's not about working more or building more pressure — but about thinking differently, deciding more clearly, and redefining responsibility.

Leadershift is not a classical coaching format and not a motivational programme. It is a structured development process for people who want to lead — and who must.

Who I work with

  • entrepreneurs
  • emerging leaders
  • people who want to take on responsibility and grow

Not with quick recipes, but with clarity, structure, and personal development.

Invitation

If you sense the next step is a leadership one, not a technical one.

Then let's talk. An orientation call can create clarity — for both sides.
